The Miraculous Power of the Breath, Circular Breathwork. Directed by Kelly Walden, Breathwork Trainer. Join us for an evening introduction to Breathwork. Whether it is heightened spiritual awareness, better health, clarity of thought or release of everyday stresses that you may be seeking, this miraculous modality covers it all. It is simple, profound and life altering! Through conscious connected breathing, you will be able to gently release old stored emotions, stress and limiting thoughts.
