A 10 month course focused on healing our inner stages of development. Starting with birth, then connecting to inner infant, toddler, adolescent, teenager, young adult self and present inner adult.
>Exploring our deep selves, keeping what works and letting go of the wounded parts that no longer serve us. Working on completing the “undeveloped” parts so our lives become free to move forward in living, not surviving.
Included: Learning, sharing, activities, worksheets, tools, exploring, breathing, play, one “in person field trip”, connections, togetherness and much more.
Take the time for yourself to heal in areas that may not have been explored yet, may not have been developed yet and may need your attention. You are worth it. You are loved!
- A safe space. Your feelings and experiences are and always were valid
- A “No Judgement Zone”
- Learn to stop self-sabotage behaviors
- Learn about signs that your inner children, including your teenager, may be in control
- Release defiance, procrastination and un-necessary tension
- Gain freedom, emotionally, physically and mentally
- Bring negative beliefs in to the consciousness and heal them
- Inner support and group work will accompany you and offer support and encouragement
- Practice new breathing techniques every month
